maroonCodura is a polyester fabric with a special fibre structure. These make codura a strong and durable material. Its properties are used in the haberdashery, leatherworking and shoemaking industries, as well as for the production of accessories such as covers.

Kodura waterproof polyester fabric 600D* 600D PVC-Flat - properties

Kodura with a 600D* 600D weave is characterised by its durability and high resistance to abrasion, tearing and mechanical action. It is lightweight and relatively stiff. It is made of polyester fibres, which slightly absorb water, but thanks to its PVC-coated underside, Kodura is waterproof. It has been coated with a PVC-Flat coating, which makes the bottom rubberised. Because of this coating, the material can only be used for cold-printing and quilted with thread.

What should you use codura 600D* 600D with PVC-Flat coating for?

Waterproof 600* 600D codura is used:
- in the leather industry to produce suitcases, bags, purses and backpacks,
- to produce carrier bags, covers,
- for footwear products,
- for production of covers.
